• Refund Policy
There are 3 cases that ALF will return donor's fund.
1. In the event of multiple unintentional charges to donor's credit card due to the cause of technical glitches, such as computer virus, etc.
2. Fund comes from an account or credit card that the owner of the account or credit card does not intend to donate.
3. The incorrect amount of fund has been donated.
ALF has the following refund procedures:
1. ALF will investigate the sources of donation to verify the correction of the claim.
2. If ALF has found that the claim is correct and fit into one of the above 3 cases, ALF will transfer the incorrect amount of fund back to the donor's account.
3. For cases other than the above, ALF boards will use their judgement and make final decision.
